Well, a little small and not enough fiber and protein for me to call this a meal replacement. But, the benefits outweigh that. I purchased the variety of 36 X 2. Not the tastiest but I've had really nasty bars from other companies. Important to me is the very low sugar and other ingredients. My sugar spikes if I do much as look at food sometimes. I ate two and my appetite felt satiated somewhat. It's a great snack for me and I don't have to worry about what is going into my body. My sugar didn't spike at all and I did check repeatedly. Priced very fairly. The other day I was in a health food store and my local big box. So called healthy meal replacement and snack bars were over $5.00 each and I was shocked at the high sugar content not to mention other unhealthy ingredients. I had one bar this morning with my coffee and I feel fine. I think that I will join auto ship if available. If not I'll stick up for several months. Can't tell you how often I pass a bakery and want to buy a pastry ?? lol. Well, these will do! Thanks Andrew finally, something that I as a diabetic can eat comfortably.

Sometimes when a protein bar has good numbers it tastes like cardboard but this is the exception. I just reordered them. I highly recommend them.

Love all 3 options; Taste and content... 30g (smaller size) perfect for me. (I actuaIly tend to eat half a "regular size / 40g-60g" granola bar, then eat/save the other half later... if I remember... so sometimes I would have to waste/ throw away the other half) I currently wear a Stelo to see how my foods are affecting me, this is an item that didn't cause my sugars to spike. I like that the bars have reasonable protein content and contains other vitamins. I am already placing another order; as I will be sharing my first order, with friends and family. A better way to get through my cravings.
